The overall appearance is beige/light brown, but there is a multiplicity of shading in this very sophisticated long haired fabric.
The base "undercoat" is light brown which shades into beige, almost cream with hints of grey, then almost at the end of each fur strand is a splash of darker brown. Finally there is a subtle striping in a warm yellow-brown about 5 cm wide, repeating at 15 cm across the width of the fabric.
The fur strands are very densely packed and soft to the touch, similar in feel to fine new wool. Great with cream and brown upholstery or as a contrast to cream or beige bedding fabrics.
