General Delivery Information
DESPATCH
We aim to despatch all goods in stock within one working day of receipt of order, sometimes same day for orders received by 12pm (this is our cut-off point as our carrier collects parcels mid afternoon - orders received therafter will be despatched the next working day). Some goods may be made specially to order, this information is usually shown on the product page, but we will always follow up your order confirmation with an estimate of despatch should this be the case.
Items occasionally go out of stock; if this should prevent immediate despatch of your order we will also keep you informed. If delivery date is critical and very short-term, we advise that you check the stock situation with us before placing your order.
DELIVERY
All throws, and items over 2kg in weight will be delivered by parcel courier.
UK orders will be delivered by DPD, with their award winning Predict service. Next working day delivery is standard for all UK Mainland orders, except for all Islands and Scottish Highlands deliveries which will be 2 working days. With the Predict service you will receive a one-hour time-slot in which delivery will be made, with options to change the delivery instantly online.
Non UK orders over 2kg in weight will be delivered by reputable other carriers such as Royal Mail, using an express and fully tracked service with transit times of 2-5 working days depending on location.
Smaller items (e.g. fashion, and all fabric sample orders) will be delivered by Royal Mail. For UK orders this will be by First Class Mail (usually next working day), for non-UK orders, by Royal Mail International Standard (delivery aim 3-7 working days). Royal Mail delivery services are not guaranteed.
