Unpaid Order?
If your order is unpaid and you still want the goods, here are the options to pay. You do not need to start again from the beginning and create a new order - you can still pay this order by doing one of the following.
Any unpaid orders remaining on our system will be deleted after three working days, and if this time has elapsed you will need to place a new order
Pay by card
Sign in to the website using your email address and password at the top right of the homepage. Now choose Order Status from the left hand menu. Your order should appear, click on the yellow Pay Order Now button and follow the instructions to proceed to secure card checkout.
Online banking / direct bank payment
You may use any online banking application to make a Faster Payments transfer within the UK. Please email us here to let us know when you have sent the payment; it is helpful if you quote your Order Number in the reference field on your online banking payment.
You may also make a BACS payment from the UK, pay into our account via your bank, or make a Telegraphic Transfer from outside UK.

Pay on phone
You may telephone us on +44 (0)161 205 1473 during normal UK office hours; please have your Order Number (six digit reference as shown on order email) and card details to hand. If you prefer, you may email us here and tell us when to telephone you to collect the payment. Please note that we can only process telephone payments in £ Sterling, so if you originally made your order in another currency, we will convert the price back to £ Sterling at the time the payment is made.
Pay by PayPal
You may ask us to send you a PayPal payment request (invoice) by emailing us here. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option - you can still pay with your card as a PayPal guest. We will process this via PayPal using the email address specified on your order unless you tell us otherwise. You may also use this option to request payment in any currency supported by PayPal, in which case the conversion will be made using the PayPal rate at the time the PayPal invoice is processed by us

Postal payment by cheque or sterling money order

In the interest of your security please do not send cash through the post. If you are sending a cheque you must allow 5-6 working days (from the date we receive it) for the cheque to clear before we will despatch your goods.
