Packaging

Sustainability is important to us, which is why we use only essential packaging. As our products are sold exclusively online, we avoid retail-style packaging such as plastic handles, inserts, or display boxes. Each item is simply wrapped in a thin protective polythene bag with a size label.

We dispatch orders in recycled cartons whenever possible. If these aren’t available, we use boxes with misprints or surplus packaging from other industries. As a result, your order may arrive in a box previously used for items like coffee, chocolate, or office supplies.

Reducing packaging also helps us keep costs down, allowing us to offer our products at competitive prices. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle all packaging wherever possible.

Smaller items may be sent in recycled polythene mailing bags. While these already contain a high level of recycled material, we are continually reviewing more eco-friendly alternatives.
