Lead Time & Dispatch
Most of the items on our website are made by us in-house. As we offer a wide range of designs, sizes, backings, and colour options, the majority of our products are made to order. Fabrics, particularly faux fur, can vary slightly between batches, so producing items together allows us to achieve the closest possible colour match, especially when multiple pieces are ordered in the same design.
Orders move through our workshops quickly, with textile items typically taking around 5 working days to make. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation along with a tracking link. UK mainland deliveries are usually attempted the next working day after dispatch.
If you’re ordering a gift for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or wedding, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm delivery times.
During particularly busy periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas, lead times may be slightly longer. We advise placing orders early, as delivery networks are also under increased pressure. International delivery times are often affected by customs clearance, which is outside of our control.
