We do not store or access card or bank details. Telephone payments are processed securely using Opayo and all information is discarded once payment is completed. All payment methods use encrypted processing systems.
Our website is secured with SSL encryption, indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser. We are fully PCI compliant and undergo annual certification to meet banking and card provider requirements.
For customers who prefer not to pay online, we offer telephone ordering. Orders placed by phone can only be delivered to the card’s registered address.

We accept PayPal and bank transfer. Bank details are provided after order placement, and processing begins once payment is confirmed.
Prices are set in GBP, with display options for Euros and US Dollars. Exchange rates are updated daily, though bank rates may differ. Bank transfer and cheque payments are accepted in GBP only.
